For this reason, our return and refund policy has been designed with care, transparency, and the best interest of both our puppies and customers in mind.

No Standard Returns on Live Animals
Because our Cane Corso puppies are living beings, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds as you might expect with regular retail products. Each puppy requires specialized care, attention, and a safe environment. Once a puppy leaves our facility and joins your family, it is considered adopted, and responsibility for its wellbeing transfers to the buyer.

Health Guarantee
Every Cane Corso puppy from Cane Corso Family comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. We ensure that all puppies are examined by licensed veterinarians, are up-to-date on vaccinations, and are dewormed prior to adoption. If, within the agreed-upon timeframe (usually 48–72 hours after pickup or delivery), your veterinarian identifies a serious health condition that was present before purchase, we will work with you to find a fair solution. This may include replacing the puppy with another of similar quality or, in rare cases, providing a partial refund.

Genetic Health Policy
Our breeding program is carefully managed to reduce the risk of hereditary health issues. If your Cane Corso puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within the first year of adoption, we will honor our policy by offering a replacement puppy from a future litter. Proof of diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian is required for this policy to apply.

Deposits and Reservation Fees
To reserve a Cane Corso puppy, Cane Corso Family requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your puppy and covers initial care, documentation, and preparation for adoption. Should you decide not to move forward with your purchase, deposits cannot be refunded. However, in some cases, they may be transferred to a future litter upon request.

At Cane Corso Family, we value trust and open communication. If you experience any challenges after adopting your puppy, our team is here to provide guidance, advice, and ongoing support. While monetary refunds are limited due to the nature of live animal sales, we remain dedicated to helping every family succeed in raising a healthy and happy Cane Corso.
